Partnerships with Orleans Community Connects are flexible and built around shared goals.

They may include: 

• Collaborating on community initiatives 
  Working together on efforts such as housing stability, digital access, food security, or caregiver support.

• Coordinating services and referrals 
  Helping residents move more easily between organizations, so they receive the right support at the right time.

• Sharing resources and expertise 
  Leveraging data, local knowledge, funding, or capacity to strengthen collective impact.

• Convening conversations and problem‑solving 
  Bringing partners together to identify gaps, align priorities, and respond to emerging community needs.

• Supporting pilot projects and new ideas 
  Testing collaborative approaches that can grow into long‑term solutions for Orleans County.
